Job DescriptionGrowth Business Partner – Strategic Leadership & Creative Execution We are seeking a dynamic Growth Business Partner to lead operations, drive business growth, and bring creative innovation to our company. This entrepreneurial role requires a strategic, business-minded leader who can build and scale a purpose-driven brand. Partnering directly with the Founder, you will optimize business operations, create systems for efficiency, and help shape the brand’s identity. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business growth strategies.
• Implement systems, workflows, and automations to improve efficiency.
• Oversee marketing strategies, sales funnels, and digital product launches to drive revenue.
• Track performance and refine strategies based on data.
• Manage vendor relationships and partnerships.
• Lead brand identity and creative direction.
• Design digital products, journals, book layouts, and marketing materials.
• Manage content and ensure consistency across all visual elements.

• Proven experience in strategy, growth, and operations management
• Strong understanding of marketing strategy, sales funnels, and digital product launches
• Experience in automated workflows, vendor, and partnership management
• Strong project management skills to meet deadlines and maintain workflows Creative & Design Skills:
• Background in branding, creative direction, and visual storytelling
• Experience in graphic design, digital product creation, and layout design
• Proficient in creating cohesive content across platforms (social media, websites, packaging) Marketing & Content Strategy:
• Experience in content creation, marketing, SEO, and email strategies
• Ability to develop social media plans to drive engagement and sales
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping and CRM automation Technical & Software Proficiency:
• Advanced Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva for design
• Branding and visual identity development to ensure a cohesive look across products and platforms
• Asana, Trello, ClickUp for project management
• HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier for CRM and marketing automation
• WordPress, Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel for website and e-commerce management
• Xero for financial tracking and Stripe for online transactions
• Website management and content creation (WordPress)
• Social media content strategy – experience in campaign planning, engaging content creation, and audience growth
