WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Experienced, skilled and enthusiastic graphic designer with a keen interest in the beauty and haircare landscape. This person will work cross functionally across the LolaVie marketing team to deliver creative brief requests, digital and print collateral as well as assisting artwork and guidelines for product campaigns where creativity, consistency and quality are key.

The designer will provide an artistic point of view and research concepts through to design and technical detailing for internal review. Reporting into Head of Content Marketing, this role will require a close working relationship with both the creative and digital teams to interpret and implement the LolaVie design vision.

WHAT YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

• Conceptualize and design marketing materials including but not limited to emails, social advertising assets, direct mail, print ads and packaging. 
• Work closely with members of our team to create consistent brand materials across marketing channels and website content.
• Research and develop concepts across multiple projects, creating bodies of work for internal and external approvals and creative discussion
• Liaise directly with our internal team and external agencies
• Bring a high level of creativity, attention to detail and efficiency while working under tight deadlines and on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identify, collect, and organize usable visual assets that can be used to design branded materials

WHO YOU ARE

• 5-8 years experience in graphic design, with exceptional conceptual, typographic and design skills.
• An extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
• Basic video editing skills (Adobe Premiere and/or After Effects)
• Must submit a link or attachment including any relevant design work and/or a portfolio
• Proficient in Figma or at least willing and able to learn quickly
• Ideally have experience within the luxury and/or beauty sector
• Well informed and aware of the current beauty landscape and trends, always bringing fresh ideas
• Extremely organized with a focus on timely delivery and excellent communication skills
• Proactive in identifying issues, exploring and proposing innovative solutions
• Self-motivated and highly organized to deliver consistently against agreed deadlines
