Creative Design Manager

The Sage Group’s client, who is revolutionizing healthcare by bringing personalized care directly to your doorstep, is seeking a Creative Design Manager to take charge of visual design, manage brand assets, and ensure the website is engaging and up to date. In addition to traditional creative skills, you’ll utilize AI tools to streamline design workflows, enhance creative production, and create innovative solutions. This role is ideal for a forward-thinking designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and embraces technology to push the boundaries of creativity.

Responsibilities:Graphic Design:

  • Design stunning visuals for digital and print, including social media content, website banners, advertisements, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop design concepts that align with our brand identity and goals.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Canva AI, or Runway) to accelerate design workflows and produce dynamic, high-quality assets.
  • Website Management:
  • Manage and update website content, including visuals and layouts, using platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace.
  • Optimize visuals and layouts for user experience, responsiveness, and brand consistency.
  • AI Integration:
  • Utilize AI-driven tools for content generation, design ideation, and production efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with emerging AI trends and recommend tools that enhance creative output.
  • Branding and Content Creation:
  • Ensure consistent branding across all platforms by creating style guides, templates, and design systems.
  • Support copywriting for marketing campaigns, website content, and product descriptions.
  • Collaboration and Strategy:
  • Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop creative concepts and execute campaigns.
  • Bring innovative ideas to elevate brand storytelling and engage our audience.

Qualifications:Design Expertise:

  • Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and brand identity work.
  • Proficiency with AdobeCreative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.

AI Familiarity:

  • Experience using AI tools like Adobe Firefly, MidJourney, Canva AI, ChatGPT, or Runway.
  • Understanding of how AI can streamline creative workflows and enhance design output.

Website Management:

  • Experience managing website content and layouts using CMS’s such as
  • Framer, Wordpress, or Contentful.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
  • Copywriting and Communication:
  • Ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned copy for campaigns and websites.

Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years in graphic design, creative marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
