You’ll be hands-on in developing outreach strategies, negotiating deals, and collaborating with teams across sales, marketing, and product to align our efforts and deliver results. Your work will directly contribute to expanding our client base and increasing revenue—while also laying the foundation for future leadership opportunities within the company. What You'll Do

• Identify new business opportunities and build strategic relationships
• Create and execute business development plans and track KPIs
• Negotiate and close deals
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity
• Collaborate with internal teams across sales, marketing, and product

Required Criteria

• Ability to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience analyzing market trends, competitor data, and customer insights in order to identify growth opportunities.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Experience in Business Development or a related field.
• Ability to work with a team, or independently depending on structure.
• Experience in Game Server Hosting, or a related industry.
