Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to spearhead the
marketing and branding efforts for our new high-end luxury RV brand. Reporting directly
to the Chairman, this role is pivotal in shaping the brand’s market positioning and driving
its success in the competitive Australian and New Zealand markets.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in the RV industry, coupled with
proven expertise in leading marketing initiatives. This role also involves elements of product
management, including gathering market insights and defining product positioning.
Key Responsibilities
Ø Collect and analyze market data across Australia and New Zealand, including consumer
behavior and competitor activities.
Ø Formulate and implement marketing strategies that position the brand as a leader in the
luxury RV segment.
Ø Establish and enhance the brand’s identity, ensuring consistency across all
communication channels.
Ø Collaborate closely with design and sales teams to reflect the brand’s luxury positioning.
Ø Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns across digital, social,
and traditional media.
Ø Oversee the development of engaging content for websites, social media, newsletters,
and promotional materials.
Ø Work as a bridge between market feedback and product development, identifying
customer preferences and defining product positioning.
Ø Collaborate with the product team to refine offerings based on market insights.
Ø Plan and execute key marketing events such as trade shows, product launches, and
dealership showcases.
Ø Enhance brand visibility and customer engagement through tailored event experiences.Ø Build and manage an effective marketing team to support strategic goals.
Ø Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking ROI for
campaigns.
Qualifications
Ø Minimum of 5 years in the RV or related industries (e.g., automotive, luxury goods).
Ø At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing marketing functions.
Ø Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
Ø Familiarity with market research tools and campaign performance analytics.
Ø Proven ability to identify market trends and develop competitive strategies.
Ø Experience in managing both branding and product positioning in luxury markets.
Ø Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ø Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
