Product Engineer (Design & Developer)

We’re looking for a Product Engineer who can craft exceptional user experiences and build them too. You will be collaborating with a team that moves fast, ships often, and cares deeply about our users. You’ll be working at the intersection of AI and pet healthcare, helping shape the future of our platform.

What you’ll do

• Design intuitive, delightful, and high-impact experiences for pet owners and veterinary professionals.
• Bring your designs to life using React and TypeScript (and React Native)
• Lead customer interviews and research to uncover user needs and inform design decisions.
• Use Shape Up methodology to help us smash our bets
• Create prototypes, high-fidelity UI designs, and design systems in Figma
• Collaborate on AI-powered product experiences, integrating cutting-edge tech into our platform.

What we’re looking for

• A strong product thinker – you go beyond UI and care about product strategy, user problems, and outcomes.
• Experience working with React (React Native a bonus)
• Experience designing and building digital products (SaaS, B2B and AI-powered products are a plus).
• Figma expertise – you know your way around components, auto-layout, and design systems.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment (bonus if you’ve used Shape Up).
• Comfort with customer research– talking to users, running tests, and making data-driven design decisions.
• Good collaboration skills– you can work effectively with engineers, product managers, and stakeholders.
