What is Obinex?

Obinex is a Pre-Seed stage Startup on a mission to develop a simple ecosystem to facilitate the adoption of the centralized economy in the decentralized space and give way to a more secure centralization. As we are in a very early stage, the equity offering is the only part of the conversation until we are funded. This will be subject to a probationary and vesting period.

What will you do?

As a Product Manager with Business Analyst expertise at Obinex, you will define and execute the product vision while leveraging your analytical skills to drive business strategy. You will work closely with founders, developers, designers, and stakeholders to build innovative financial solutions. Your role will involve both product management and business analysis responsibilities to ensure data-driven decision-making and strategic alignment.

Product Management Responsibilities:

· Market Research and Validation: Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive dynamics in the blockchain, FinTech, and Web3 spaces.

· Product Vision and Strategy: Define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and industry trends.

· Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, developers, designers, and investors to refine and develop product offerings.

· User Experience Design: Oversee the creation of intuitive, secure user flows that cater to both crypto-savvy users and newcomers.

· Feature Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize product features and improvements based on user feedback, technical feasibility, and market demand.

· MVP Development: Guide the development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) showcasing the startup’s core value proposition, particularly in leveraging Web3 technologies.

· Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the product adheres to relevant FinTech and blockchain regulations.

· Testing and Iteration: Lead testing phases, gather user feedback, and refine the product for optimization.

· Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for product launch, customer acquisition, and growth.

· Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage analytics and user data to inform product improvements and investor presentations.

· Product Roadmap Development: Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with company objectives and customer needs.

· Documentation: Create and maintain critical product documentation, including the Product Vision, Product Requirements Documents (PRD), user stories, and other technical specifications.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:

· Market Analysis & Business Strategy: Conduct comprehensive market research, analyze trends, and identify growth opportunities in the blockchain ecosystem.

· Business Model Development: Create and refine business models and value propositions leveraging blockchain technology.

· Financial Analysis & Reporting: Perform financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.

· Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency within the organization.

· Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.

· Data Analysis & Visualization: Utilize tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau to analyze key metrics and business performance.
