Remote UX Researcher

Job Description Insight Global is seeking a UX Researcher to help work for a client of ours in the gaming space. You will mostly be working with design to refine any prototypes they have, create tests around what the UX designers need to figure out about their design to make the next iteration. A lot of your work will be low to mid fidelity prototyping. You will need to have knowledge of all recruiting criteria (Main pool that they use is usertesting.com) You will be recruiting, scheduling testing, and usability testing. The team uses heavy qualitative data. You must know qualitative methods, data synthesis practices like data mapping, research coding. You will be doing this up until the new launch of the product. Skills And Requirements 3+ yrs UX research experience Bachelor's or Masters in a human behavior related field (or equivalent/demonstrable work experience) Experience educating stakeholders about various research methods (whether novel/creative or standardized) and advocating for impactful research to be done Experience performing all research-related cycle tasks including requirements gathering, planning, recruiting participants, executing, analyzing, creating deliverables, forming solid product recommendations, insights workshops/post-mortems You are an effective communicator, concise in your reporting and able to communicate actionable insights for product, design, and marketing Experience working collaboratively with other researchers and partners, and bringing out the best in them Experience soliciting feedback on your own work and adding value to others' work Experience working with stakeholders and are comfortable being a strategic partner in product decisions - Experience working in the gaming industry (gaming peripherals, etc) null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
