As a Staff Product Designer, you will lead design initiatives across multiple product areas, creating seamless, intuitive, and scalable user experiences. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, influence product strategy, and bring a systems-thinking approach to complex challenges. • Define and lead design strategy across several product areas by addressing systemic UX challenges and establishing cohesive design patterns
• Partner with leadership to influence roadmaps and align user-centered design with business outcomes
• Execute end-to-end product design, translating complex requirements into clear specs and working closely with engineering for scalable implementation
• Advance the design system and mentor peers, ensuring consistency and excellence across the platform
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional collaboration to drive clarity and elevate product quality
• Champion user needs while balancing technical constraints and business goals to support impactful product decisions

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience designing digital products, including significant work in B2B or enterprise applications
• Proven track record of leading complex initiatives that influenced product vision and drove measurable impact
• Strong systems thinking and experience building or evolving scalable design systems
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and leadership
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance user advocacy with business and technical priorities
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering and product teams throughout the development process
