We are seeking experienced Microsoft Dynamics professionals to join a major enterprise digital transformation initiative focused on enhancing CRM capabilities, service delivery, and user experience. This is an exciting opportunity to work on large-scale enhancement projects within a complex environment, contributing to modern digital platforms and customer-centric outcomes.

Open Positions:✅ Senior Microsoft Dynamics Business Analyst (EL1)✅ Lead Microsoft Dynamics Service Designer (EL1)✅ Microsoft Dynamics Product Owner (EL1)📍 Location: Australia Wide📅 Contract: Initial 24 months + 2 x 12-month extension options🔒 Security Clearance: Baseline Clearance requiredKey Responsibilities:

• Support and deliver Microsoft Dynamics CRM enhancement initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into solutions
• Drive process improvement and digital transformation outcomes
• Lead workshops, co-design sessions, and stakeholder engagement activities
• Manage product backlogs and support Agile delivery practices
• Conduct impact assessments, process mapping, testing, and user acceptance activities
• Create and maintain business and service design documentation
• Lead future-state design, service strategy, and roadmap development
• Facilitate collaboration between business users and technical teams
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational implementation

Skills & Experience:

✔ Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and associated Microsoft technologies

✔ Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation projects

✔ Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Human-Centred Design principles

✔ Business process analysis, service design, or product ownership experience

✔ Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

✔ Experience in backlog management, workshops, and user research

✔ Ability to analyse data and translate findings into actionable outcomes

✔ Software engineering or Agile delivery exposure highly regarded

Highly Regarded:

• Product Owner certifications (PSPO, SAFe Product Owner or similar)
• Experience within large and complex environments
• CRM-focused transformation experience
• Service design and user journey mapping expertise
