Experienced Webflow Developer

Are you a Webflow Developer with a Sharp Eye for Design? Do you dream in div blocks, finesse custom animations, and have an obsession with clean, intentional layout?

About the role:

As a Webflow Developer at Influence Media, you’ll be responsible for transforming custom designs into fully responsive, interactive websites in Webflow. You’ll work closely with our design leads, creative strategists, and project managers to execute smooth, brand-aligned builds, often from scratch.

This role requires strong technical proficiency and a sharp sense of aesthetic execution. We’re not building from templates. We care about every interaction, every hover state, and every pixel.

Key responsibilities:

• Build fully responsive, design-forward Webflow websites from Figma files
• Implement interactions, animations, and micro-transitions that enhance UX
• Maintain and update existing builds for performance and visual polish
• Collaborate with designers, brand strategists, and creative leads on implementation
• Set up and maintain CMS collections, classes, and global style systems
• Integrate embeds, forms, and third-party tools
• Ensure every site is optimised across breakpoints, fast to load, and SEO-ready

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of professional Webflow experience
• Strong eye for layout, spacing, typography, and responsiveness
• Able to build pixel-perfect from design files (mostly Figma)
• Comfortable managing site structure, CMS fields, style systems, and interactions
• Detail-oriented - you test every hover state and transition
• Strong understanding of HTML/CSS principles
• Familiar with performance, accessibility, and best practices in Webflow

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with brand systems and component libraries
• Experience working with Web3 or design-led tech brands
• Ability to implement custom code (JS, embeds) when needed
• Experience working with Lottie or lightweight animation tools
• Strong understanding of SEO structure and performance metrics
