Key Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the UX vision and strategy across the organization.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of UX/UI designers and researchers.
- Oversee end-to-end design processes—from discovery and ideation to prototyping and user testing.
- Advocate for the user and ensure that user-centered design principles are embedded in all aspects of product development.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
- Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.
- Use data-driven insights and user research to inform design decisions.
- Present and defend design concepts and decisions to stakeholders and executives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation**.Qualifications:**
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering successful digital products with excellent user experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design and leadership across platforms (web, mobile, enterprise tools).
- Deep understanding of design thinking, interaction design, and human-centered design methodologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Experience working in Agile or cross-functional product teams.
- Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
Basic qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or a related field
