This is a unique opportunity to shape operations at scale, using data and experimentation to transform how thousands of customers connect with trusted service providers across the U.S. They currently operate in more than 50 markets nationwide and are the largest platform of their type in the U.S.

The Product Operations & Strategy team is dedicated to systematically improving the customer and service provider experience while enhancing the efficiency of the broader Operations function. This team acts as the analytical backbone of the organization, delivering data-driven insights and tools. Current initiatives include expanding support channels, building a metrics-driven sales organization, and running continuous experiments to optimize user experience and operational workflows. This team serves as a gateway for top analytics talent, offering high-impact roles with cross-functional exposure across operations, product, and finance.

📊 The Role:

They are looking for a data-driven operator ready to take on high-impact projects at the intersection of product, operations, and strategy. You’ll design experiments, lead initiatives, and build out analytical tools that unlock efficiency and growth across the platform.

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Launch and lead operations experiments that drive customer and service provider engagement
• Build performance metrics and reporting dashboards (SQL, Tableau, Sheets.)
• Own cross-functional projects from idea to execution—working closely with teams across product, support, and finance
• Identify opportunities through data and drive actionable strategies to improve platform performance
• Be a core member of a small, high-leverage team trusted with company-critical initiatives

💡 Who You Are:

• 1–5 years in a startup, tech company or top-tier consultancy
• Top Tier University Degree in a quantitative field like engineering, business/economics, mathematics, etc.)
• Strong command of SQL (or willing to learn) and Excel/Google Sheets; bonus if you’ve used tools like Tableau, Metabase, or Looker
• Natural problem solver with a knack for structuring ambiguous challenges
• Comfortable with basic statistics and experimental design
• Clear communicator and independent operator—able to move fast and drive results
• Excited by a scrappy, fast-paced, high-growth environment
