Now, we’re looking for a Paid Growth Manager to own performance campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and other platforms. You’ll be the one testing creative, launching experiments, and generating real pipeline—not just impressions.

🔧 What you’ll do:

Launch and manage paid campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, Meta. 

Build and run structured ad tests (copy, visuals, CTAs, targeting)

Report on performance (CTR, CPL, CAC) and make sharp recommendations

Collaborate with content and lifecycle teams to drive traffic to high-converting assets

Use AI tools to brainstorm copy variants, speed up creative cycles, and analyze results faster
