Immediate Need: Graphic Designer

Job Description We are seeking a creative and results-driven Graphic Designer to develop impactful marketing materials across digital and print platforms. This role is essential in shaping the brand presence of the university campus retail store, enhancing price perception, and building strong connections with students to increase store traffic and sales. You will be responsible for executing compelling visual campaigns, ensuring consistency across all distribution channels (email, social media, digital advertising, print), and overseeing the production of design assets to meet deadlines. Responsibilities

• Design and oversee the production of marketing materials for both digital and print to support the university retail store’s growth.
• Develop and execute creative strategies for advertising campaigns that engage students and improve brand perception.
• Create visually compelling graphics for email, social media, website, and paid advertising.
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials, reinforcing the store’s identity.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align creative output with business goals.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in creative design, preferably in retail or consumer marketing.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong typography, layout, and branding skills.
• Experience designing for multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, print, digital ads).
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
