In This Role, You Will
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary leadership and marketing to modernize PowerPoint presentations.
- Emphasize key messages using infographics, diagrams, animations, icons, graphics, charts, photography, and illustrations.
- Synthesize complex business and technology concepts into clear and effective visual solutions.
- Interpret brand guidelines and work within them, while delivering fresh and innovative design solutions.
- Create presentation tools and templates that can be adopted and used effectively across the business.
- Work at a fast pace on multiple projects without compromising quality.
- Use resources efficiently, meet deadlines, and keep others informed of work plans and progress toward goals.
- Own key sales and presentation artifacts, templates, and systems. Manage their ongoing evolution based on market and stakeholder feedback.
- Support the marketing team with additional graphic design needs as required.
A Successful Candidate Will Have The Following Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in marketing design; agency experience and/or in-house B2B background preferred.
- Excellent design sense and awareness of current design trends.
- Must provide an online portfolio showcasing graphic design work.
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, or a related creative field.
- Previous experience working with tech and business management consulting clients is a strong plus.
- Expert-level proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
- Experience with CSS, HTML, and Marketo is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and effective communication abilities.
- Passion for graphic design and marketing.
- Ability to confidently defend design decisions to senior leadership and advocate for high-quality work that supports brand and business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to directional changes and ambiguity across multiple projects.
- Polished illustration, photography, and creative motion graphics skills are a plus.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 $52 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
