Learning Experience Designer Key Responsibilities Lead AI-driven analysis and implementation to achieve a 2x acceleration in student mastery of English and Language Arts, driving measurable improvements across reading, writing, grammar, and literature analysis. Basic Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Literature, Linguistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience teaching English/Language Arts or developing ELA curriculum, with demonstrable impact on learning outcomes
• Basic coding abilities in any programming language
• Experience designing, implementing, or using AI systems for tasks such as content generation, data analysis, or adaptive learning
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and derive actionable insights from it
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex English/Language Arts concepts to diverse stakeholders in a professional setting
