Mid OR Senior Software Engineer - Empowering Global Business Growth

Join a dynamic B2B team and contribute to building a platform that fuels the success of businesses worldwide. We're seeking a passionate Senior OR Mid Software Engineer to play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing a global SaaS platform . You'll be instrumental in creating robust solutions with a team of 11 other engineers, within a technical team of 300 based in Australia and North America.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality software.
• Develop and maintain a scalable and reliable global platform, focusing on API integrations and enhancements.
• Write clean, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical design discussions.
• Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship activities.
• Explore and implement new technologies and tools to improve platform efficiency and performance.

Skills:

• 4 + years of experience in Python.
• Golang experience (Nice to have - at a minimum a strong interest.)
• Demonstrated proficiency in modern programming concepts and software design patterns.
• A strong passion for code quality, testing, and maintainability.
• Open to learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys both teaching and learning from others.
• Someone who is comfortable working with and learning new languages, and is focused on problem solving.
