About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced WordPress and React Developer to join our agile, international team. This is a full-time remote role offering competitive compensation, paid vacation, and full benefits. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining advanced WordPress themes and plugins, with a strong emphasis on JavaScript, React, and modern front-end architecture.

This role is ideal for self-motivated developers who are excited about pushing the boundaries of web development, are passionate about open-source technologies, and are committed to writing secure, elegant, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain complex WordPress themes and plugins
• Work heavily with JavaScript (ES6) and React-based front-end interfaces
• Participate in peer reviews and collaborate through GitHub and Slack
• Contribute ideas and improvements proactively within a fast-paced development environment
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate best practices into development workflow
• Write clean, optimized, and well-documented code

Required Experience

• Deep understanding of WordPress core software at the code level
• Hands-on experience building custom WordPress themes and plugins
• Mastery of WordPress coding standards and security best practices

• Experience with Redux
• Gutenberg block development
