This is an exciting opportunity for a designer at the beginning of their career who has a genuine passion for all things digital and brand. You’ll work across a wide range of creative projects, from brand identity and graphic design through to web design and internal marketing assets, while developing your skills with the support of an experienced and encouraging team.

What you’ll be doing

As our Junior Designer, you’ll support the delivery of both internal and client design projects across brand, web and marketing, including:

• All internal brand, web and marketing design for Visuable (website updates, case studies, newsletters, social media and more)
• Designing brand identities, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and wider visual systems
• Creating high-quality design work across digital and print, including illustrations, presentations, marketing materials, and branded collateral
• Assisting in designing thoughtful, beautiful, and user-friendly websites on Squarespace, Shopify and other platforms
• Responding positively to feedback and refining your work with care, attention to detail, and a strong desire to improve
• Bringing fresh ideas, creative energy, and curiosity to the team and staying engaged with design trends, tools, and new technologies

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree and demonstrable skills in Graphic and Web Design.
• A strong and up-to-date portfolio showcasing graphic, web and marketing design work
• 1 year or more of industry experience within creative design role
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace, and modern AI tools
• Excellent spoken and written English, as this is our main operating language
• A proactive, self-starting attitude and the ability to work independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills
• A positive, friendly, and collaborative personality, with the confidence to contribute ideas and work as part of a remote team
• A genuine passion for branding, digital design, and creative problem solving
• Desired but not required: experience in animation and motion graphics
