Launched last year, VEDIC LAB has already achieved market fit and is now entering an exciting phase of hyper-growth. We are looking for a highly skilled, premium-level Graphic Designer with exceptional experience in premium beauty to elevate our visual identity to the next level.

This role is ideal for a seasoned and creative Graphic Designer with a strong background in premium aesthetics, particularly within the beauty industry.

Your responsibilities1. Lead all design aspects of VEDIC LAB, serving as the go-to expert for visual storytelling and branding.

• Revamp and continuously enhance the VEDIC LAB website, introducing fresh, innovative ideas while maintaining our DNA.
• Design visually compelling email newsletters that blend 5,000 years of Ayurvedic wisdom with Swiss biotech.
• Create high-end social media content that captivates our audience and reinforces our premium brand identity.
• Develop exceptional packaging designs (primary & secondary), setting new standards in premium beauty packaging.

2. Ensure all brand visuals align with our sophisticated, high-end aesthetic and storytelling.

3. Premium aesthetic video editing skills are a plus.

Skills required

• 3-6 years of full-time graphic design work experience.
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong design mastery in graphic design and brand identity. Your portfolio will be assessed on creative excellence, design system thinking, brand building, storytelling, problem-solving, typography and technical mastery.
• Highly skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to execute projects with excellence. Working knowledge or better of other Design software, such as InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, Figma and PowerPoint.
• Design thinking understanding and ability to ideate solutions with the user in mind.
• Strong team collaboration and communication with ability to explain your design choices.
• Flexible in an environment of frequent change and high speed.
• High level of capacity. Disciplined with the ability to set priorities, manage time and be accountable.
