As Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for curating and executing engaging Instagram content that resonates with a community of women interested in both material success and personal growth. Working directly with the founder, you will ensure the brand’s voice remains warm, witty, and authentically British, while maintaining consistency and alignment with established guidelines. The position is ideal for someone who values reliability, creativity, and understands the balance between luxury and depth in content creation. Deliverables
- Develop and schedule regular Instagram posts and stories that reflect the brand’s ethos and engage the target audience.
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a conversational, genuine manner.
- Collaborate with the founder to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategy.
- Utilize Canva to design visually appealing graphics and story assets.
- Monitor Instagram analytics to inform content strategy and optimize engagement.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and adapt content to reflect ongoing campaigns or community interests.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing Instagram accounts for lifestyle, wellness, or property-related brands.
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft content that is warm, direct, witty, and conversational in a British style.
- Proficiency with Canva and Instagram’s content creation tools.
- Ability to work independently, reliably, and deliver consistent results without micromanagement.
- Understanding of the intersection between luxury branding and authentic, meaningful communication.
- Previous experience engaging with online communities and fostering genuine connections.
- Availability for part-time, contract-based work.
