The Role

We’re looking for a motivated, enthusiastic front-end web developer to work with our friendly, dynamic team to inspire people around the world to make a better future.

Key/Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the design and development of dynamic user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, prioritising engaging and responsive web experiences.
  • Extensive experience in developing robust and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
  • Ability to implement responsive design principles for optimal user experiences across various devices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, including effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively integrate and communicate with backend systems using RESTful APIs.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in a related field.

At least 1 year of commercial experience with:

  • At least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
  • Optimising frontend code and assets for improved web performance.
  • Ensuring cross-browser compatibility to maintain consistent performance across different web browsers.
  • Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in frontend development and / or UX design, including PHP. 
  • Experience with HTML, CSS and JS.
  • At least 3 years of experience using version control systems, particularly Git, for collaborative development.

Preferred Requirements

  • Knowledge of WordPress.
  • Proven capability to collaborate with diverse backends, showcasing flexibility in working with various technologies.
  • Exposure to state management libraries/frameworks (e.g., Redux) for maintaining application state.
  • Experience using testing frameworks for frontend code, ensuring reliability and performance.
  • Basic understanding of graphic design principles to collaborate effectively with UI/UX designers.
  • Proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in frontend development..
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, including effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
  • The ability to be proactive and self-manage your time.
  • A self-driven mindset to make a better future for all.
