The Opportunity
We’re hiring an Influencer Coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving, highly creative environment and loves transforming ideas into campaigns that spark conversation and drive measurable outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of relationship-building, strategic thinking, and seamless execution.
As our Influencer Coordinator, you’ll serve as a liaison between TLL and the creator ecosystem, connecting daily with influencers, talent managers, and emerging voices across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond. You’ll nurture authentic relationships, identify the right creators for each client and turn outreach into meaningful earned moments and brand love for our best in class clients.
You’ll collaborate closely with our PR team to:
- Support the development and execution of influencer strategies across multiple clients.
- Coordinate product seeding, gifting programs, and UGC opportunities.
- Track deliverables, ensure flawless execution, and analyze performance.
- Stay ahead of creator trends, platform updates, and cultural moments that matter to our clients.
- Help bring creative campaign concepts to life, from early brainstorms through reporting.
- Apply a strong design eye to content selection, creator recommendations, and aesthetic decisions that shape how our brands show up across social.
This is an ideal role for someone who is detail-oriented, culturally fluent, creatively driven, and has a natural instinct for visual storytelling, someone who loves creators and wants to grow within a high-performing agency environment where initiative and ideas are valued.
What You’ll Bring
- 2–3+ years of experience in influencer relations or creator partnerships, ideally within the parenting, lifestyle, wellness, or CPG space(s).
- An existing network of influencers across tiers, with a proven ability to identify on-brand creators quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear outreach and maintain strong relationships.
- A strong aesthetic and design eye- you naturally recognize what content, creators, and visuals feel premium, on-brand, and culturally relevant.
- Confidence in tracking and interpreting KPIs, and using insights to refine strategy and improve outcomes.
- Operational excellence- highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and deadlines simultaneously.
- A deep understanding of social trends, platform updates, and influencer best practices, especially across Instagram and TikTok.
- A self-starter mentality, with the ability to anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues, and take initiative without hand-holding.
- A collaborative, low-ego approach, with openness to feedback and a desire to grow within a high-performance team.
