Sports Travel & Events Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sports Travel & Events Coordinator to join our team. In this remote role, you will assist clients in planning and booking sports-related travel and event experiences. This includes coordinating transportation, accommodations, and event access to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients attending sporting events, tournaments, and other athletic gatherings. Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and coordinate travel itineraries for clients attending sports events
• Process bookings and payments to secure reservations for accommodations, transportation, and event tickets
• Maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and travel partners to ensure the best options for clients
• Stay updated on travel regulations, including passport and visa requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with travel-related inquiries and itinerary adjustments
• Attend training sessions to enhance industry knowledge and stay informed on the latest trends in sports travel and event planning

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in using online booking platforms and digital communication tools
• Previous experience in travel coordination, event planning, hospitality, or customer service is preferred but not required
• Access to a reliable internet connection and a professional remote workspace
