Responsibilities

  • Prospect and qualify potential leads through inbound lead sources, outbound calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Educate potential customers about the benefits of solar energy and our company's solutions.
  • Set appointments for our solar energy consultants with qualified leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential customers using CRM software.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize lead generation strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, solar energy regulations, and company products/services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is required.
