Role Overview: Stimara is looking for an experienced, results-driven Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager to build a cutting-edge influencer and affiliate program that drives revenue, boosts brand awareness, and aligns with our overall marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:Program Development:

  • Design, build, and scale a state-of-the-art influencer and affiliate marketing program, unrivaled in the industry.

Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive influencer and affiliate marketing strategies.
  • Set clear KPIs and establish success metrics for each campaign (e.g., revenue growth, new affiliates acquired, engagement rates).

Partner Outreach & Recruitment:

  • Identify, vet, and onboard relevant influencers and affiliate partners.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate campaign launches.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, product, and sales) for seamless execution.
  • Contract & Negotiations:
  • Lead contract negotiations and manage partnership agreements.
  • Ensure all partnerships meet legal and brand guidelines.

Performance Analysis & Optimization:

  • Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
  • Optimize strategies based on data insights to maximize ROI.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage campaign budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Ensure cost-effective partnerships and deliver value for investment.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in Influencer and Affiliate marketing.
  • Proven success in influencer and affiliate marketing with demonstrable revenue results.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in digital marketing analytics.
  • Strong understanding of emerging trends in influencer marketing, social commerce, and affiliate partnerships.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and maximize ROI through strategic partnerships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to evolving trends, and pivot strategies as needed.

Highly Valuable Experience:

  • Experience with affiliate networks, influencer CRM tools, and social media analytics platforms.
  • Experience in the startup industry, particularly in influencer and affiliate marketing.
