Who You Are We are looking for an "A-Player" experienced Creative Lead to work across our Roblox themed YouTube channels; Someone experienced working with cross functional and talented creative teams; someone who can manage team efficiencies, workloads and deadlines; someone who knows how to inspire the audience with innovative and compelling stories. Responsibilities

• Study and ideate successful content storylines, styles, and strategies from trends, data, thumbnails and competitors.
• Format scripts according to the correct content bucket to ensure optimal viewer satisfaction.
• Provide direction & instructions to other team members, including Editors and Actors
• Create detailed ‘Run Through Videos’ of each episode
• Report on channel performance, insights and analytics, highlighting key areas for improvement or successful strategies to replicate.
• Review edits & provide feedback to editors, maintaining high quality standards.

Requirements

• At least 1+ years of leading a creative team.
• Experience and understanding in YouTube Analytics and key metrics (AVD, CTR, Impressions, etc)
• Great communication and activeness.
• Ability to meet and understand deadlines.
• A true team player with a passion to learn.
• Knowledge and understanding of Roblox, social media and pop-culture trends.
• Experience working with similar channels and environments.
• The ability to be coached and learn from the amazing talent pool at Spawnpoint Media.
• Highly desirable - experience with other Roblox/YouTube industry-specific roles (Builder, Editor, Animator, Actor, etc)
