Responsibilities

• Own and scale Softr’s Product Education and Customer Education programs, including our video library and academy. Produce high-quality product tutorials, technical walkthroughs, and customer case study videos to help users go from 0–1 with Softr. This includes curriculum development, instructional design, scriptwriting, and video production. Over time, this may expand into a structured online learning academy with guided courses, certification tracks, and onboarding paths tailored to different stages of the customer journey.
• Plan, host, and execute educational workshops, webinars, and live training sessions with partners, community members, and customers. These may include product demos, onboarding sessions, hands-on workshops, and community learning events designed to drive product adoption and engagement.
• Be the public face of Softr Education and Product Learning. Partner with strategic no-code communities, creator communities, and learning cohorts to introduce Softr to new audiences. Act as a product educator, community advocate, and technical presenter, delivering tutorials, demos, and educational content across multiple channels.
• Own and grow the Softr community forum in collaboration with the support team. Drive engagement through community programs, moderation strategies, gamification initiatives, beta testing programs, and community-led learning. Experiment with initiatives that strengthen the customer community, peer learning, and knowledge sharing while fostering a thriving user ecosystem.

• Launch several high-quality product tutorials for the Softr Academy
• Host your first live workshop or webinar for the Softr community
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify top learning resources needed by users
• Improve engagement and knowledge sharing in our forum powered by Discourse

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong passion for the No-Code ecosystem, with familiarity with Softr and other no-code / low-code tools used for building business applications.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional design, customer education, developer advocacy, or technical content creation, ideally within a SaaS or product-led growth (PLG) company.
• Demonstrated experience in video production, tutorial creation, curriculum development, and technical education content.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex product concepts into clear, engaging educational content.
• Experience hosting workshops, webinars, training sessions, or community events, with strong facilitation and presentation skills.
• Comfortable on camera and acting as a forward-facing product educator or community advocate, representing the company in tutorials, demos, and learning content.
