We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Frontend Engineer with proven expertise in building scalable and responsive web applications. This role focuses on building and enhancing our design systems, utilizing Tailwind CSS, Catalyst, React, Next.js, and deploying using Vercel. You’ll collaborate with our cross-functional team to develop intuitive user interfaces, ensuring code quality, security best practices, and performance optimization. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend components using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, and Catalyst-based design principles. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless and visually appealing user interfaces. Implement and enhance our design system, adhering to modern frontend architecture and responsive design principles. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with a strong emphasis on fundamental coding principles. Perform unit testing to ensure code reliability and robustness. Deploy frontend applications using Vercel, ensuring smooth CI/CD integration and automated deployments. Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and security. Collaborate with backend developers and other cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and integrated user experience. Adhere to security best practices and maintain compliance with data privacy and security standards throughout the development process. Qualifications Proven experience as a Frontend Engineer, particularly with React and Next.js. Strong expertise in Tailwind CSS and Catalyst-based design system development. Proficiency with modern development tools and workflows, including Vercel deployment and CI/CD automation. Experience in unit testing and testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, etc. Strong understanding of fundamental coding principles, including code modularity, state management, and performance optimization. Familiarity with security best practices, including data encryption, input validation, and secure coding standards. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a remote team setting. Preferred Skills Familiarity with other design systems or libraries (e.g., Storybook). Experience Working Within SOC2-compliant Environments Or Other Regulated Settings. Knowledge of modern JavaScript features and ES6+ syntax. Background in building multi-tenant architectures is a plus.
