We are seeking a talented and passionate Product Designer to join fast growing client in the Crypto/Web3 space. In this role, you will be a key player in shaping the user experience of the clients innovative platform, which operates across iOS, Android, and Web. You will be involved in all stages of the product development lifecycle, from initial concept to final implementation.

The client product has started to see rapid growth. Between 2023/2024 the daily active users increased 1.6%, number of transactions increaced X3 and revenue generated X3. They are backed by leading investors from Pintest and Snapchat and are now scaling the team to keep up with demand.

Responsibilities For The Product Designer, UX/UI, Mobile | Crypto/Web3, Start-Up | EU, Fully Remote | Up to $140,000 +Stocks & Benefits:

• User Research and Analysis: Conduct user research, analyse user needs, and perform usability testing to inform the design of impactful features.
• Design and Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes to effectively communicate design solutions to cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing.
• User Flows and Information Architecture: Design intuitive user flows and information architecture to ensure seamless navigation and interaction with our applications.
• Design System Contribution: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a cohesive design system that ensures consistency across all platforms.
• Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in the Web3 space to continually enhance the user experience.
• Problem Solving: Lead the design process for complex challenges, transforming user insights and data into innovative solutions.

Qualifications For The Product Designer, UX/UI, Mobile | Crypto/Web3, Start-Up | EU, Fully Remote | Up to $140,000 +Stocks & Benefits:

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in product design, with a preference for candidates with experience in the Web3 or blockchain industry.
• Strong Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality user experience and visual design work.
• Excellent Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively advocate for design decisions.
• User-Centered Design: Passion for user-centered design principles and a deep understanding of UX and UI best practices.
