About The Role
Planetary Talent is recruiting an innovative and strategic Creative Director to oversee creative operations at a fast-growing personal branding studio that specializes in empowering influential public figures and thought leaders. This studio helps prominent clients elevate their personal brands through strategic storytelling, impactful digital presence, and creative innovation. The Creative Director will lead the charge in shaping powerful personal brands, manage diverse creative teams, and drive the company's vision forward. Compensation ranges from $8,000 to $15,000 per month, with additional opportunities for revenue sharing as the company continues to rapidly scale.

Responsibilities
- Drive creative vision, strategy, and execution for high-profile personal brands, translating client ambitions into compelling creative outcomes.
- Oversee and manage all creative operations, including digital and social media content, visual branding, multimedia productions, podcasts, photography, and video projects.
- Partner directly with influential clients to deeply understand their objectives, crafting tailored creative strategies and narratives to amplify their brand presence.
- Lead, inspire, and mentor a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, videographers, photographers, and creative strategists.
- Ensure excellence, innovation, and consistency across all creative deliverables, continuously setting and elevating creative standards for the studio.
- Maintain awareness of industry trends and cutting-edge branding techniques, proactively integrating fresh, forward-thinking ideas into creative processes.
- Manage creative budgets, project timelines, resources, and performance measurement to ensure projects deliver impactful outcomes efficiently.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven creative leadership experience as a Creative Director, Art Director, Head of Brand Strategy, or a similar senior-level creative role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, content creation, storytelling, digital media, and visual design.
- Experience crafting and executing creative strategies for high-profile personal brands, public figures, or influential thought leaders.
- Demonstrated success in managing, motivating, and developing high-performing creative teams.
- Ability to engage professionally with influential clients, establishing trust through strategic thinking and exceptional creative problem-solving.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to clearly articulate strategic creative concepts.
Nice To Have
- Previous experience directly working with public figures, executives, influencers, or prominent thought leaders.
- Background in personal branding or executive thought leadership, particularly in creating influential personal brand campaigns.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, audience growth strategies, and brand positioning within diverse media channels.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with openness to performance-driven, revenue-sharing compensation structures.
- Familiarity with content creation for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, podcasts, and other relevant digital media.
