Account Manager | Crypto Wallet

Our team works remotely by default and is focused on innovation and sustainable growth in crypto and blockchain.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for an Account Manager focused on Crypto Wallet solutions. You will own client relationships, work with cross-functional teams to deliver wallet services successfully, and serve as the main point of contact for client questions and escalations. Your responsibilities include onboarding and supporting new customers, gathering and sharing feedback to improve products, resolving issues in a timely way, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and promoting adoption of our crypto wallet offerings.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, client relations, and building long-term business relationships

• Solid understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and how wallet products work

• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to analyse client feedback and turn it into clear, actionable input for technical and product teams

• Comfort using CRM systems, collaboration tools, and data-tracking platforms

• Proven ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage time and priorities

• Previous experience in blockchain or fintech is a plus

• Multilingual skills are an advantage

Base Salary: €170,000-€190,000 annually

End-of-year bonus based on performance results of up to 20% of annual salary
