We are Omegan Entertainment, magician entertainment company based in Brisbane, Australia. Clients come to us when they want to hire one of our talented magicians to perform at their special events. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Expert Virtual Assistant to help us grow our business by boosting inquiries and bookings, as well as maintaining our website and social media presence.
We are looking for a skilled virtual assistant who excels in formulating marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and ensuring our website is up-to-date and optimized. Your goal will be to help us market our company more effectively, increase bookings, and engage with our audience across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
- Website Management & Basic Website Building: Maintain, update, and ensure our website is user-friendly and informative.
- SEO: Help manage basic SEO tasks to keep our website ranking well and easy to find.
- Email/Social Media/Marketing Campaigns: Plan, implement, and track email and social media campaigns to increase engagement and conversions.
- Social Media Management: Oversee and grow our presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business.
- Data Analysis: Track and analyze social media statistics, including engagement rates, and derive marketing strategies from this data.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify new marketing opportunities and trends (Google Analytics knowledge is a plus but not mandatory).
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proven experience with website management and basic website building
- Basic SEO skills (ability to maintain and improve website ranking)
- Solid understanding of email and social media marketing campaigns
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google Business)
- Ability to analyze social media data and adjust marketing strategies accordingly
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Market research skills (Google Analytics is optional but a bonus)
