Design Team Lead

We are seeking a highly creative Design Team Lead to join our growing team. This role will play a pivotal part in mentoring and inspiring the creative direction and execution of design projects and tasks, spanning both 2D and 3D graphics, for social media platforms and for sports and casino promotional campaigns. You will lead the creation of visually compelling content that enhances brand visibility and retention, while ensuring the visual consistency. As the Design Team Lead, you will oversee various design projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and with creative excellence. You'll thrive under pressure, balancing numerous tasks and ensuring high standards of brand consistency and design quality. Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and guide a multidisciplinary team of graphic, motion, and 3D designers, fostering collaboration and creativity across projects and tasks
• Oversee the end-to-end design process for multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional standards
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and professional development of new talent, mentoring team members to maximize their potential
• Streamline design workflows and processes, ensuring the team efficiently handles multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with overall marketing and business goals
• Deliver creative solutions for complex design challenges, ensuring all outputs meet brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across global markets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and 3D design technologies to ensure the team remains at the forefront of creative innovation
• Audit and review visual outputs across various communication channels to maintain high levels of design quality
• Foster a fast-paced, solutions-oriented work environment, ensuring tasks are completed with speed, quality, and a positive, can-do attitude

Requirements

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Proven experience in creative problem-solving, with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in high-pressure environments
• Experience mentoring and managing a team across 2D and 3D design workflows
• Strong project management skills, capable of handling simultaneous deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively
• In-depth knowledge of creative trends, particularly in 3D design, motion graphics, and cutting-edge design tools
• Ability to mentor and inspire team members, driving growth and creative excellence
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate creative visions into actionable tasks aligned with brand standards
• Understanding of the iGaming industry is highly desirable, especially in relation to player behavior, market demands, and design engagement strategies
• Proficient in spoken and written English
