We are looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing to strategize, develop, execute, and analyze the various marketing campaigns across the entire Men in Blazers Media Network. This individual will be tasked with maximizing the launch and continued success of each unique property and product, across multiple channels and platforms. This person will need to be highly organized and detail oriented, while still bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table. Senior Manager, Marketing Location: United States, Remote What You’ll Do
- Responsible for building bespoke strategies to maximize the launch of various marketing campaigns across the entire Men in Blazers Media Network; including Men’s and Women’s soccer
- Champion and execute go-to market strategies for all forms of our content (audio/podcast, digital video, social media, TV Show, newsletters, live events, etc)
- Work cross functionally with brand partnerships, production, and the live event teams to capture and drive audience engagement and maximize reach
- Develop, monitor, and analyze performance metrics to determine if strategies are capturing our target audience
- Constantly be up to date on emerging trends inside of the marketing, digital media, and sports industries, to use this market knowledge to optimize our own campaigns and launches
- Work with external partners to report performance on agreed upon metrics to strengthen our relationships with external brand partners. This may include pitch decks, post-mortem presentations containing audience engagement and deliverable reports.
- Coordinate with creative design teams to ensure we are creating campaigns that align with our brand card and overall tone of the organization
What You Need
- 6+ years of digital media marketing experience, specifically around building strategy to launch various campaigns across multiple platforms
- A great deal of experience and understanding of the various data, KPI, and metric analytic and reporting tools
- A proven track record in launching successful campaigns in a sports focused digital media environment
- Understanding of the United States sports media landscape and the ability to capture new audiences
- Experience effectively communicating information in spoken and written form
- Deep passion and familiarity with the game of soccer, both here in the US and internationally
- Experience building and executing on cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
