In this UI position experience with Microsoft IIS is mandatory**.** In order for you to qualify for this you need working knowledge of Microsoft IIS and how it interfaces with SQL database. You must understand its functionality and usage context. It should be on your resume and it should show it clearly where you used it and how. This is THE KEY for this position.
This is a short term project Duration: 240 hours-Remote
We are seeking a skilled and creative UI Designer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in user interface design. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of modern UI design principles, possess a sharp aesthetic sense, and be able to collaborate effectively with development and product teams. This role requires proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD, as well as a foundational understanding of front-end development. Experience working in environments that utilize Microsoft IIS is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities
· Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric interfaces for web and digital products.
· Create design assets, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
· Apply principles of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy to create consistent and engaging designs.
· Collaborate with developers, especially in Microsoft IIS-based environments, to ensure smooth design-to-development handoffs.
· Incorporate and iterate upon feedback from stakeholders, users, and usability tests to refine design outcomes.
· Maintain brand consistency while creating scalable design systems and reusable components.
· Ensure responsiveness and cross-platform compatibility of all UI designs.
· Present design concepts and rationale to internal stakeholders with confidence and clarity.

Required Skills & Qualifications
· 3–5 years of professional UI design experience.
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Interaction Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
· Advanced proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
· Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, grid systems, and design hierarchy.
· Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks.
· Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end workflows (a plus).
· Ability to adapt quickly to project changes and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
· Working knowledge of Microsoft IIS and how it interfaces with SQL database candidates must understand its functionality and usage context.

· Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
· Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and best practices for inclusive design.
· Exposure to usability testing, user feedback analysis, and A/B testing.
