UX FE Developer

Responsibilities Kforce has a client that is seeking a UX FE Developer for a remote role. Responsibilities:

• *Collaborate with UX/UI Designers: Work closely with UX/UI designers to transform wireframes and design mock-ups into functional prototype pages or applications
• Front-End Development: Develop responsive, clean, and efficient code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs. Familiarity with Adobe Target for A/B testing
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with product managers, designers, researchers and content management developers to build intuitive web solutions
• Champion Accessibility: Build and optimize user interfaces for multiple devices (desktop, tablet, mobile), ensuring the highest level of responsiveness and accessibility
• Test and Debug the live product: Perform testing and debugging on various browsers to ensure cross-browser compatibility and resolve any usability issues

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front-End Developer, UX Developer, or similar role in web development with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+), with a deep understanding of content management systems
• Ability to create responsive and adaptive web designs using CSS frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap)
• Experience with API integration and working with back-end developers to integrate front-end applications with back-end services
• Experience A/B testing components and webpages utilizing Adobe Target
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG)
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, including user-centered design, wireframing, and prototyping
• Familiarity with tools like Figma for collaborating with design teams
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
