We’re looking for a versatile, bold, and strategic designer who thrives at the intersection of social, digital, and brand design and developing visually compelling designs that not only communicate our mission but also drive measurable marketing success across multiple platforms. This role requires producing innovative visual content for social media, email campaigns, website banners, and promotional materials, while ensuring brand consistency.
What will you do:
- Execute quick-turnaround designs based on provided briefs, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
- Create and implement cutting-edge graphic designs across digital marketing mediums to drive engagement and increase subscriptions.
- Transform conceptual ideas into thoughtful, well-executed brand elements.
- Work with existing assets, layered files, and style guides to deliver high-fidelity visuals.
- Ensure all design work resonates with the target audience and maintains a cohesive brand identity.
- Lead concept development and creative strategy for marketing campaigns.
- Provide feedback, structure, and creative leadership to graphic designers and content creators.
- Evolve and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across digital and print assets.
- Develop high-level concepts that scale across various formats such as ads, video scripts, social posts, landing pages, and emails.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and user studies to inform branding decisions.
- Produce detailed brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Craft compelling brand storytelling through visual design.
- Oversee an iterative design process, integrating feedback to refine solutions.
- Ensure brand assets are scalable and optimized for various platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in brand design, with a portfolio that showcases comprehensive brand identity work and strategic design solutions.
- The ideal candidate is a strong designer with extensive experience collaborating with marketing teams on paid ads, email campaigns, landing page optimization, social media content, and more.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
- Proven track record leading brand campaigns and creative direction across multiple channels (paid, organic, video, web).
- Deep understanding of visual storytelling, brand identity, and performance driven creative.
