Marketing Content Coordinator (Fashion/Beauty)

Jasmine Digital is a boutique marketing partner for women led brands in fashion and beauty.

We provide content marketing, brand identity, web design, brand photography, copywriting, affiliate marketing support, and other services to a number of businesses an exciting roster of influencers. (Check out our client list on our website!)

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is NOT a social media management role—there’s no engagement, posting, or account oversight. You will strictly be fulfilling content deliverables. You’ll be responsible for taking creative direction and coordinating content pieces using the provided assets and templates to bring each client’s strategy to life for their platforms.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

— Coordinating social media photo and video posts (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest)

— Using Canva to design & format graphics (carousels, story posts, reel covers, pins, emails)

— Light video editing (trimming, adding text, formatting for Reels/TikToks using CapCut or InShot)

— Writing & formatting post captions (using client voice & brand guidelines)

— Ensuring brand consistency & aesthetic cohesion across platforms

— Collaborating with the creative director & external photographers/videographers

TALENT QUALIFIERS

— Highly organized: you thrive on coordinating multiple moving parts and seeing the big picture

— Highly efficient: you manage your time spend appropriately and proactively to stay on track

— Incredible taste: you have an eye for strong branding & cohesive visual flow

— Proficient in Canva & basic video editing tools (CapCut, InShot, etc.)

— Industry aware: familiar with fashion, beauty & luxury branding, understanding the nuances of this space

— Comfortable working within creative direction but also bringing your own refinements to the product

— Reliable & serious: you designate work time and execute as planned

COMPENSATION & DETAILS

— Contract Position at $18-$22 per hour (negotiable based on results)

— Fully remote, ideal schedule 9:30-12:30 est. Monday-Thursday (12 hours/week)
