Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Integrations
• Proven ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions independently
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture patterns and best practices
• Hands-on experience migrating Workflows/Process Builders to Flow
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs
• Strong written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to ramp quickly in complex environments

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin)
• Python scripting experience
• Experience in agile/scrum environments
• Manufacturing or service industry background
• Jira for agile project management

Responsibilities

• Translate user stories into technical designs aligned with Salesforce architecture patterns
• Develop and maintain Salesforce automation using declarative tools (Flow) and programmatic solutions (Apex, LWC)
• Migrate legacy Workflows and Process Builders to modern Flow architecture
• Create comprehensive test scenarios and documentation for all deliverables
• Collaborate with the Platform Engineering team operating in Eastern Time
• Self-learn Quench-specific business processes and technical patterns with minimal guidance
• Participate in scrum ceremonies and deliver stories within sprint commitments (following the initial test phase)
