Role Type: Full-timeEngagement: Independent ContractorJob Summary We are looking for a Senior Product Designer with 5+ years of experience in UI/UX and product design to lead the creation of user-centric digital products. This is a remote product design role where you will own the full design lifecycle—from discovery and research to high-fidelity design and iteration. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver seamless, impactful user experiences that drive engagement and business outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product design processes: user research, wireframing, prototyping, and UI design
• Define user flows, journey maps, and interaction patterns for web and mobile applications
• Design high-fidelity interfaces that align with brand and usability best practices
• Conduct usability testing and leverage data to inform design decisions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing teams
• Build, maintain, and evolve design systems and component libraries
• Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and scalable
• Present design concepts and rationale clearly to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices
• Experience with design systems and scalable UI frameworks
• Familiarity with data-driven design and experimentation (A/B testing)
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• Experience working in remote, cross-functional teams
