Content Developer | £50 - £60 We're working with a world-renowned leader in global financial education on this exciting opportunity. We are seeking a high-caliber Learning Content Designer to bridge the gap between complex subject matter expertise and world-class instructional delivery. In this role, you will take ownership of a high-intensity, multi-wave global training program, transforming dense technical insights into engaging, polished learning modules. You will leverage your deep expertise in Banking and Insurance sectors to create high-stakes assessments and technical slide decks that meet the rigorous standards of the global finance industry. The Role

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of technical learning modules and complex case studies for global finance professionals.
• Develop 20-25 high-quality multiple-choice questions (MCQs) per module, ensuring rigorous assessment of learning objectives without "gotchas."
• Craft high-impact visual presentations using Advanced PowerPoint, maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines and pedagogical best practices.
• Manage content deployment and integration within an enterprise-grade Learning Management System (LMS).
• Coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders across multiple regions, ensuring seamless version control and QA throughout the review cycle.

What You'll Need

• Extensive experience in Instructional Design specifically within the Banking, Finance, or Insurance sectors.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint for instructional delivery and familiarity with various eLearning authoring tools.
• Proven track record of managing high-volume content production under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work a part-time schedule (2-3 days per week) while syncing with UAE business hours (8 AM GST / 5 AM UK).
• Exceptional writing skills and the ability to translate technical financial concepts into clear, actionable learning content.
