Salary Range:        £70,000 – £95,000 (depending on experience)

About UsA well-funded, product-led tech company is looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong front-end focus to join its growing remote-first engineering team. The company is on a mission to simplify complex operations for small businesses and build platforms that are intuitive, high-performing, and scalable.This role offers the opportunity to lead projects end-to-end, from early concept to production, and play a key part in shaping the user experience across mission-critical systems. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where engineers are empowered to take ownership, innovate, and make real impact.Your MissionAs a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you’ll help design and build user-facing applications that directly impact customers and the teams who serve them. You’ll work closely with Product, Design and Engineering peers to deliver clean, well-tested code and interfaces that are a joy to use, while also contributing to the broader platform and backend architecture.Key Focus:

• Build, optimise and scale user-facing products and services across mobile and web
• Develop clean, maintainable front-end code using modern JavaScript and TypeScript frameworks
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, test and iterate on new ideas
• Work across the stack to ensure a seamless integration of backend services and APIs
• Mentor other engineers and contribute to a high-quality, values-driven engineering culture

Who You AreEssential:

• 6-9 years of software engineering and/or equivalent professional experience
• Proven expertise in Typescript/Javascript, React Native/Web, AWS, CI/CD, distributed application architecture
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills comfortable working with product and design functions.
• Experience in technology startups with a track record of delivering scalable, mission-critical production applications.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, GraphQL, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes, microservices, Vue.js or NetSuite
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with a culture of continuous learning
• A strong user-first mindset and a desire to contribute to product thinking
