Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Creative Director Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Creative Director to bring our brand to life through engaging social media content, marketing campaigns, and various creative projects. You will play a key role in shaping our community connections, sharing our story, and inspiring customers to explore all that we have to offer. Key Responsibilities

  • **Social Media Management**
  • Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
  • Foster community engagement by responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for reels, stories, and posts that highlight our products, seasonal menus, and behind-the-scenes moments.
  • **Marketing Support**
  • Help develop and implement email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate on marketing strategies and campaigns to promote events, seasonal specials, and promotions.
  • Contribute to website content, ensuring it reflects our brand and is updated regularly.
  • **Graphic Design**
  • Create visually appealing graphics for social media, email campaigns, and in-store materials.
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms and materials.
  • **Content Creation**
  • Capture and edit photos and videos of products, events, and the café environment.
  • Work closely with the Creative Director to visually and strategically bring ideas to life.
  • **Administrative Tasks**
  • Manage calendars for content planning and deadlines.
  • Organize files, assets, and project materials to streamline workflows.
  • **Brand Engagement**
  • Stay informed about industry trends, social media best practices, and creative tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to generate fresh ideas for customer engagement and brand storytelling.

Qualifications

  • Experience managing or assisting with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook).
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp) and website platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Shopify).
  • Basic graphic design skills using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong photography and videography skills, along with editing capabilities, are a plus.
  • A genuine passion for coffee, food, and community building.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and branding.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Experience in the hospitality, food, or beverage industries.
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with a team.

Hours & Compensation

  • Part-time or full-time opportunities available, depending on your availability and experience.
  • Flexible scheduling with the potential for some remote work.
  • Competitive pay starting at $25 per hour, based on experience.
