The Opportunity Findex is currently seeking a Graphic Design Officer to join our dynamic Marketing team. This is an initial full-time, 5-6 month contract, with the flexibility to be based anywhere in Australia for the right person. We are looking for a highly creative, forward-thinking individual who can confidently contribute to both design and brand deliverables. Someone who is brand led, passionate about details, a storyteller, team player and someone who never tires of pushing their work to be better. You’ll understand the need for operating within the intersection of brand, creativity and technology, keeping client experiences in both the digital and print sense, vibrant and up to date. You’ll also love contributing to taking products and tools to market with a performance led mindset. What will your typical week look like?
- Type-set marketing collateral such as tenders (large documents), PDSs, pitches, brochures, advertisements and event material
- Designing and formatting digital material such as; PowerPoint presentations, animated social media posts, email wireframes, interactive brochures
- Assisting with the development of branded materials (branded signage and merchandise) ensuring adherence to brand guidelines across Findex’s multi-brands
- Support the Lead Designer to develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts to align with the marketing strategy and further increase brand exposure and lead generation
- Support the Brand Lead to measure, analyse and report on the outcomes of brand and design performance and work with the Brand lead to ensure they meet the agreed targets

Let’s talk about you! The successful person will possess the following skills and attributes:
- A diploma or relevant degree in Graphic Design
- 2+ years' experience developing and executing marketing brand activation and design with a performance mindset
- Experienced in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Photoshop) and Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Word)
- Exceptional communications skills and an ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with various stakeholders
- Passion for digital and new marketing techniques and technologies
