Publicist and Podcast Guest Booking Agency

We’re looking for a results-driven and highly connected Publicist to help amplify the personal brand of Eric Ton, a dynamic entrepreneur and host of the upcoming Elite Wellness Podcast — a show focused on wealth, health, happiness, travel, and life balance. Your mission will be to increase Eric’s visibility in the media, secure press opportunities, and most importantly, book high-profile, influential guests (with 100K–200K+ followers) onto the podcast.

Key Responsibilities:

• Media Outreach & Strategy
• Pitch Eric Ton to top-tier media outlets, blogs, and podcasts
• Secure interviews, speaking engagements, and press features
• Create and maintain media kits, press releases, and promotional materials
• Guest Booking & Relationship Management
• Identify and secure influential podcast guests (minimum 100K–200K followers)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, publicists, and talent managers
• Coordinate scheduling, prep materials, and follow-up for all podcast guests
• Brand Growth & Positioning
• Craft a compelling narrative for Eric’s personal brand and the Elite Wellness Podcast
• Advise on PR strategies that align with launches, promotions, and personal milestones
• Strategically grow Eric’s exposure in wellness, lifestyle, business, and media circles

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven Track Record in PR, talent booking, podcast guest outreach, or media placement
• Strong network of influencers, public figures, talent reps, and media contacts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive, highly organized, and self-motivated
• Deep understanding of brand alignment and audience targeting
• Bonus: Previous work with high-level entrepreneurs, wellness brands, or luxury media
