Motion Visual Designer

Dossier is on a mission to redefine the way people shop perfumes by providing clean, ethical, high-quality versions of iconic perfumes at fair prices.

We are a relatively young company which has grown exponentially in the last few years.

We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled Motion Designer with a strong foundation in animation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about storytelling through motion graphics while also being adaptable to other areas of design.

Candidate requirements:

• Education: Higher Education (in a design/artistic related domain is a plus)

• Experience: 3-5 years minimum

• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard design tools (Adobe suite, Figma, etc.) • Language Skills: English - professional level (mandatory)

Preferred Qualifications and Skills (Optional)

• Animation & Motion Design: Strong proficiency in motion design principles, keyframing, easing, and timing.
• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma.
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D software is a plus.
• Storyboarding & Concept Development: Ability to visualise and present animation ideas before execution.
• Video Editing & Compositing: Understanding of video editing workflows and compositing techniques is a plus.
• Typography & Layout Design: Strong grasp of design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, and composition.
• File Optimisation: Ability to export and optimise animations for web and social media.
• Basic Scripting Knowledge: Familiarity with expressions in After Effects or coding for interactive motion graphics (Lottie, GSAP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.

The main responsibilities of the role are:

• Design and animate engaging motion graphics for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and advertisements.
• Develop storyboards and visual concepts that align with brand guidelines and project objectives. Adapt motion designs for different formats, screen sizes, and platforms while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, animation techniques, and software advancements to enhance creative output.
• Optimise and export motion assets for web, mobile, and other digital applications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
