Job Description

Posted on: October 13, 2025

Overview Half the world still lacks access to essential health services, and even in the most advanced systems, outcomes remain uneven while clinicians face mounting pressure. Every inefficiency and preventable error represents a chance to do better: to save lives, restore time to clinicians, and rebuild trust in healthcare. Medical knowledge is doubling every few months, but the supply of expertise cannot keep pace. At Corti, we believe the only scalable way to solve this is to expand access to medical expertise through specialized AI infrastructure. By embedding our platform into the applications and workflows that clinicians and patients rely on, we help eliminate unnecessary administration, prevent diagnostic mistakes, and make healthcare more affordable, accessible, and ultimately more human again. There is no quality healthcare without a quality dialogue and now, no reliable AI without a robust platform. We need you to help us build both. Why Corti? Corti is becoming the premier infrastructure company for healthcare AI. Unlike general purpose players on the market, our models are trained on real-world healthcare data and delivered through modular, accurate and compliant APIs that developers, innovators, and product teams access easily - and most importantly, trust. We focus on the foundation - serving the builders who are reshaping healthcare. From startups rethinking patient flows to enterprises modernizing legacy systems, Corti provides the safe, reliable intelligence they need to innovate at scale. We thrive on the toughest challenges, from making clinical reasoning more reliable to designing infrastructure that meets the highest global standards for safety and trust. If you’re excited by developer-first design, clinical-grade reliability, and shaping the foundation of healthcare’s future - then Corti is the place for you. There's no great AI without a great developer experience. And there's no quality healthcare infrastructure without a platform that just works. At Corti, we're transforming healthcare with AI that listens, understands, and supports clinicians in real time. Now, we're scaling that intelligence through a powerful developer platform: APIs, SDKs, and a robust web console for integrating Corti into real-world systems. We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to shape this technical surface. This is not a marketing website or a consumer app. It's the developer console where engineers explore docs, grab API keys, manage usage and billing, and test their integrations with Corti's AI. Think API playgrounds, authentication flows, code snippets, and everything in between. If you love designing tools for developers, where clarity, speed, and reliability matter, you'll thrive here. What You'll Do

  • Design core surfaces of the Corti Console, including self-sign-up, onboarding, authentication, API configuration, usage metrics, billing, and more
  • Work across interactive flows, not just static screens—optimizing for developer trust, clarity, and activation speed
  • Lead end-to-end design from early exploration to prototypes and polished UIs
  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and docs teams to ensure every design is accurate, scalable, and developer-friendly
  • Evolve the design system to better support technical workflows
  • Champion usability across SDKs, docs, AI Studio, and integration tooling
  • Use insight and iteration to influence platform strategy and product-led growth

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, focusing on developer tools or technical interfaces
  • You've designed for engineers and technical teams—people who live in their IDEs and browser dev tools
  • Experience with complex product areas like authentication, API/CLI/SDK onboarding, billing flows, or usage dashboards
  • Strong skills in interaction design, layout, and visual clarity in state-heavy systems
  • Systems thinker who can manage UX complexity without creating noise
  • Comfortable collaborating with engineers, PMs, and docs writers
  • Bonus: Understanding of coding languages or technical literacy

Nice to have

  • Experience designing developer consoles, API explorers, or integration dashboards
  • Work on platform teams focused on growth, onboarding, or activation
  • Contributions to design systems or technical writing for developer audiences

What Success Looks Like

  • Developers reach their first API call faster and feel confident doing it
  • Our console feels reliable, fast, and easy to navigate.
  • Complex workflows like key rotation, billing top-up, and CLI activation are predictable and smooth
  • You elevate design standards across all developer-facing surfaces

Practicalities

  • This is a high-impact, high-trust role. You'll help shape how developers discover, integrate, and build with Corti, and play a key part in how AI scales safely across healthcare.
  • If you love designing for complexity and clarity and want to build tools for the people building the future, we'd love to hear from you.

Ready to dive into the world of Corti? Hit that 'Apply' button, and let's start working together on reshaping the dialogue in healthcare, making a real difference for millions of patient outcomes around the world. 🤝 Bringing in top talent from all backgrounds is crucial in our pursuit to improve the world of healthcare. We encourage applications from all people and do not discriminate based on race, religion, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, and/or disability status. At Corti, experience comes in many forms, and we’re passionate about creating teams with a multitude of perspectives! If you believe your experience is close to what we’re looking for but not an exact match, we still hope you’ll consider applying!
