We’re looking for a Sales Executive / Education Consultant to grow our presence across the UK and Europe. This is a commission-only role, perfect for someone looking for flexible work with high earning potential, alongside existing commitments.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and secure new opportunities with schools, universities, code clubs, businesses, and other partners.
  • Build Relationships: Nurture new and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Strategise for Success: Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with campaigns and promotions.
  • Stay Ahead: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to uncover new sales opportunities.
  • Be Organised: Maintain accurate records and track sales progress effectively.

Who You Are

  • Sales Savvy: Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
  • English Speaking: Fluent communication with clients across the UK and Europe.
  • Connected: Leverage your network in the education sector to promote Code Avengers.
  • Passionate About Tech: Interest in coding, computer science, or digital upskilling.
  • Communicative & Organised: Outstanding verbal and written communication, CRM experience (HubSpot a plus), and strong organisational skills.
  • Tech-Friendly: Comfortable using Google Drive, Slack, and spreadsheets for data tracking.
